President
President of Building Innovation Group, Inc. Formerly President and Secretary of Fast Trak Structures, Inc., and Sales Manager of Rochester Fast Trac Construction. Experience in all types of construction, including steel frame, block, wood, and pre-engineered buildings. Over $600 million in projects within the past 37 years. Ceco Building Systems "Builder of the Year" in 2019 2013, 2010, 2007 and 1989 and “Builder of the Decade” in 2019. Served six years on President's Advisory Council for Ceco Building Systems. Has been a Ceco builder since 1984. Past President of Midvale Country Club, Board Member since 1998.
Michael Altamura
Vice President
40 years experience including estimating, purchasing, scheduling, and project supervision. Formerly was Project Manager, General Field Superintendent and Safety Manager for Fast Trak Structures and Building Innovation Group. Owner and President of general contracting business for four years. Specialties include carpentry and metal building construction.
Garrett Frazier
Project Manager
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Alfred State College. Previously a Superintendent, Foreman, Steelworker, and Carpenter. Experienced in working with SED, NYS Courts, and design build projects.
Michael Sullivan
Controller
Manages daily functions relating to Accounting/Finance and Human Resources. Primary focus includes financial reporting, job cost administration, computer support, and human resource functions. Bachelor of Science degree from St. John Fisher with over 31 years of work related experience.

Business Management Degree, 34 years of construction experience specializing in Insulated Metal panels, Pre-engineered metal buildings, Exterior cladding and components.

13 years experience in the construction industry. Experience includes carpentry, steelwork, and metal building construction.

6 years construction experience, specializing in pre-engineered metal building, carpentry, door and frames, insulated metal panels, and structural insulated metal panels.
Connor Davis
Superintendent
5 years construction experience. He has a business management degree with a minor in economics in finance. He specializes in wood carpentry, metal framing, finish carpentry and PEMB erection.
